Wendelinus Markt in My Hometown Amorbach/Miltenberg/Schneebrg/Kirchzell/Weilbach/Odenwald/Germany

I woke up very early, I wanted to go to the Church, its Sunday,but,then,got calls from Friends,saying to dropp by me when they go to the Wendelinus Market here in my Town.

And then,as I opened my computer, I saw my sister Cherryl and my Friend Kathleen in online,so, asked them, if they can come this morning to help me cook Philippines Food for my Filipina friends and German foods for my German visitors.And invited them for lunch,coffee and dinner .They came at once.

We cooked lots of Philippines Foods like Pinakbet,dinuguan,pancit,mongo beans,fishes,adobo,Braten (for Germans ) and all with rice.For our dessert, I cooked already ginataan(Philippines mixed fruits with coconuts syrups ).For coffee, I bought 2 (Torte ) and baked already 1 Apple cake .We started at 9 am and all finished at 1 pm.

But,my 2 helpers gave me the chance to walk for short time in the town ,to see the Feast and take photos,because they know,I can hardly go out as soon as the visitors are there.

I am now the Host to my Friends and thats why, I have to entertain them,like the way,they do it to me.They come only here when theres a Feast in my town, mostly, I invite them in our weekendhouse.

So,I went outside,it was in the morning,few people were there,the visitors come mostly in the afternoon.I just took photos of the people and everything there I see.Including the Musicants.

But,spent most of the time to the Galleristen ,who presented their arts on that feast.I talked with the painter self,his name is Alexander Lehmann,(art teacher ) and is from here in the place I live ).Hes very nice and explained me his works.Hes very talented and creative as shown with his pictures.

I visited also,the Galleristin Maria Kreuzer(wife of my driving school teacher and is just only one house ahead of me ).She self paint too,but,representing also the other works of good painters.She explained me about the pictures there and the painter, who is already 84 years old.I can hardly believe that she can still paint at that age.I pointed at one picture which I am interested to and admire most,she said it cost 800 Euro.( have still to work the whole month for it ).

Then, went home for lunch.Cherryl and Kathleen prepared already the table for us.Alicia came too,but,did not expect lunch to us.

We didnt have enough chairs (upstair in my kitchen) for so many people ,so,we just sat down everywhere, but, stayed in the same room.

My Friends came at about 3 pm,first for coffee and then went outside to see the Wendelinus Market.I just stayed at home ,because I cant leave my German visitors.

They all came back with all smiles on their faces,said lots of people there and took pictures outside in the market.

They stayed here until dinner,but, Im happy to see them contented . I could see how they enjoyed it.

Today is Monday,its still feast outside,I dont know,if Ill go,I want to have a rest now,after a busy week,preparing everything for this feast.
